We meet the third Tuesday of every month. The group decides on a new book at each meeting. There’s always a friendly discussion accompanied by delicious refreshments and new friendships.
Our read for April is “The Swans of Fifth Avenue” by Melanie Benjamin. It’s a novel about the scandalous, headline making, heart wrenching relationship between Truman Capote and Babe Paley, as well as other NYC society “swans” of the 1950s. We’ll meet on Tuesday, April 18!
For May, we’ve chosen “All is Not Forgotten” by Wendy Walker. The book is filled with “suspense and family drama”! Our discussion will take place on Tuesday, May 16!
